    This is great news. Hopefully Nevada and every other state follows suit. Who wouldn't want better drug testing methods in the sport? It promotes fairness, nothing more nothing less. Only a user wouldn't want this to happen. Which is why a lot of people in boxing are very suspicious of Pacquiao and his team right now.
