This Kyle Chen guy looks to be another rising amateur prospect to look out for.

Hard to say. He is 11-0 with 8 KOs, but really hasn't been put to the test yet.

Nyika is the goods, and will be one of the favourites for Gold in Tokyo. Nyika could well be a bigger success as a Pro then Parker. Nyika is a super conditioned athlete and obviously dedicates himself 100% to boxing with training and food. Parker is a fair bit lazier in this regard, he even admits he struggles with dieting and Nyika has no such issues.

Keep in mind a few things when comparing him with the top Euro fighters

Nyika is a late developer he was 50kg's @ 15yo
When he was qualifying for Rio he just moved up from 81kg to 91kg (he won commonwealth gold @ 81kg), he was only 86kg dripping wet and small for the division

Nyika has developed well over the last 12 months and he looks close to a fully fledged Heavyweight (91kg) by Tokyo he will be primed and wont give up size to anyone!

As typically with guys from oceania he has not had the number of fights and the quality of fights the euro guys have had. This is changing though as he is now part of the semi pro WSB set up and he is on the amateur world circuit. Nyika is still only 21yo, Levit is 29yo, Savon is 26, Tishchenko is 25!!!!

Junior Fa to headline Shane Cameron's first televised boxing show

Since retiring Shane Cameron has turned his hand to promoting, quietly putting on 7 local shows in Auckland. He is now ready to take the next step, teaming up with Sky ahead of their first joint promotion at the Auckland Boxing Association on Thursday, May 25.

The card will be headlined by Junior Fa vs Hunter Sam. Unbeaten Ricky Murphy is also listed to appear.

Willis is still only 21, but it's time he got his head down and put his God given talent and size to best effect.

I thought he was fighting regularly in Aussie but we couldnt watch it here in NZ. We get some Aussie fight nights on Sky TV (cable) but not all. Sounds like hes having lengthy gaps in between fights.

He has only had 5 fights. But part of the reason would have been the uncertainty with where his rugby league career was going.
