    i agree, but don't hold your breath thinking Obama will give anyone else credit besides himself. in fact, he'll probably come up with a way to BLAME mccain for not carrying the torch on this issue. REMEMBER WHERE YOU HEARD IT FIRST!

    I believe this is correct, and the DOJ has formally stated that they're opposed to issuing the pardon, as it's a waste of resources to pardon a dead guy.
