Observation on Frankie Gavin

His nipples look as if they weight at least 4lbs each, they're ****ing massive. Get them chopped and let Frankie enjoy the finer things in life.

 

He's gone as far as he's going, he only beat Witter because he is shot and can only 'fight' 30 secs a round, he'll be lucky to win a Euro title, he'll never win a 'World Title' (unless W*rren revives the WBU)

 

His huge Valuev head doesn't help either

 

What do you expect when he's coached by a ****ing amateur coach?

Gavin should book a trip to the states for some sparring. With his amateur credentials he could waltz into ANY Boxing gym over there and be greeted with welcome arms. Never understood why he hasn't done this yet?

 

Another cliché...

Treat him for where he is in his career, and ignore the "potential" many assume he has. People take time off from my work because a relatively distant cousin dies. If they were dealing with what Gavin was dealing with, I doubt they'd be in much at all for at least a year!

Some strange standards being applied. He might not make it much further, but I think (despite the slow progress he's made in the last 18 months) he's actually coming along fine. In 14 fights he's beaten everyone he's faced convincingly (and I am tired of hearing the Woodhouse bollocks - he comprehensively defeated him), and just took the British title over a former world champion, who was on a decent streak of wins at domestic level.

Cliche? A world class talent and he's sparring amateur Boxers and domestic nobody's? Yeah, **** America... :roll:

A trip over there for 6 weeks and he'd come back in top form. Who is REALLY testing him in sparring over here? Nobody i bet. Over there he'd have his hands full, big time.

i dont see why he cant go further, he hasn't put a foot wrong and we've seen worse fighters win belts, and fighters with less power. imo he has all the talent, only lacking power and i dont see why he can't go to world level, he'll need to move quickly though but in terms of ability he's done as much if not more than Amir Khan and Kell Brook had done, so why are people assuming Gavin can't go at least as far?

 

Why does everyone say he has no power?

He's knocked out most of his opponents
