I think Pac by UD. He seemed slower in his last fight but I don't think he was scared of Barrera and he didn't prepare 100% for the fight.

 

I think Pac will knock him out. There's a lot of money riding on this one, not just on this fight. I think his preparation for the second Barrera fight is a bad indicator of where's he's at because of all the distractions surrounding it. It seems like he's focused. He should've knocked him out the first time. I don't see JMM any better than last time.
