Watch those TAB odds tumble now on round 2 KO...leading to a betting freeze put on the match by the TAB.

thats a pathetic mistake. So what happens if you put money on, lose, then state that you were misled as it was stated a WBC Middleweight, but you wanted a WBC Cruiserweight.

its at middleweight, cause the pole was only getting paid if he comes in well under the cruiser limit.

Can't see a betting agency paying out on a typo error that had absolutely no effect on the result.

Your probably right however a guy place a bet on their automated betting machine at the tote and the computer ****ed up and gave him 300-1 instead of 3-1 and they paid him out.:deal

tbh im not going anywhere near this one betting wise. I dont feel the same way in ref to this fight as i did with the Tarver fight. This one smells a little, the POLE trying to kill himself 6 weeks prior to the fight being made and not knowing what the exact weight will be are the two things that are keeping me clear of this one.

If i was to place a bet id speak to the agency that i placed the bet with, ie TAB, then ask them to claify the payout if i won as the weight limit is wrong. Im sure because its just a weight limit and its not the actual decision then it wouldnt make a lick of diffrence.

Surprising. I've heard of people having jackpots register on their pokies machines at the casino and casino management inform them that it was a malfunction and they've received nothing in the way of prizemoney. It usually makes the TV news but the casino still flatly refuse to payout.

Yer there's always a story every few months about some poor ******* thinks hes won a million on a pokie machine only to find out its a malfunction:fire
The guy who got the 300-1 instead of 3-1 only had $5 on it so it's not a big payout in comparison but i said to my mate i wonder if they would be so generous if someone put a grand on it.

True. Some matters of principal seem to be subject to an upper payout limit. The first thing betting agencies do when it hits the fan is an exposure risk assessment.
