Maybe if Oscar can get Floyd Jr. to sign a contract for a tag match, 2 on 1, Floyd Sr. and Oscar vs. Floyd Jr, with Uncle Rog suspended above the ring in a cage. Then Oscar has 1/3 a chance. Other than that, look for a Floyd Jr. UD and a knockdown in the fight, with the check hook.
No. Oscar didn't use his jab anywhere near enough. It's his best punch, always has been, he has never used it enough though. And in case you didn't realise, that game plan made the fight close. He just needs to tweak in, and ensure that he is fit enough to carry it out in the late rounds, which can be assisted by slowing Floyd down with significant damage to the body early. Kthx.
Well, thankyou captain obvious. I didn't realise I had to state "he should train hard". It's clear that his stamina has been an issue of late, I didn't think I needed to spell it out for some.
Oscar needs to take notes of how Bernard Hopkins fought him. Fight tall behind his jab and make the smaller man come to him. Makes for a boring fight - but that's how he should do it.
:conf Pray, and hope there is a God. Floyd would still win a UD, provided he was able to get to the weight properly.
Nothing. This is a different Oscar, a worse version of Oscar. The 2006/2007 Oscar was full of confidence, had won the WBC belt and KTFO a good name like Mayorga. The 2008 Oscar had been too criticized, has been involved in scandals like the one of the photographs, has been defeated by a former Jr. Lightweight and gave an unimpressive performance against Steve Forbes.
Requires stamina. See below: Which he seems to lack of reaching the championship rounds. In any case, he wouldn't out-stamina PBF.
1. He will get countered to death to the body and over that jab. He abandoned it last time for a reason. 2. He has none past 5, he has none past 5, he has none past 5. 3. He could bring in Jesus and Bishop Desmond Tutu and it wouldnt help his crossdressing Golden Ass.
I really can't see ODh pulling this one out. People say get someone quick to spar against... Last time, he brought in SSM. Who else could he bring in that is a better combo of speed and skill to spar? DLH didn't impress me at all against Forbes. Fighting a tune up fight in the twilight of your career is not helping you at all. Time waits for no one. And it is obvious that DLH's best years in the ring are behind him.
