great that hes training hard and losing excess fat. but tbh,he should be trim and fit before training, then he gets better work done going into the camp already in great shape, not spending time getting into shape when in training.
I thought I was the only one thinking that he should be more around the 215 Mark. I sure hope he comes to the fight to fight 12 hard rounds as I don't want to see another whale getting harpooned
Felix Savon? I know that it was in the am's but he stopped tua. Barret caught him with a decent right hand in the 1st round of their fight i think. The only time i've seen solis get really buzzed was when haye hit him with that uppercut in the world championship final. Anyways i digress, i'm really questioning your view of a straight knockout because i don't think vitali hits that hard since his return. I just can't see a straight knockout here
Briggs said he was 248 on Facebook, and turned up at 262 (of course that was ripped muscle, and he's also several inches taller than Solis). I do expect Solis to come into the fight in better shape than he did against Austin, I'm just saying...you never really know until the weigh-in.
Well, we'll see. I do know that Vitali was upset about not KO'ing Briggs, and even right after the fight was talking about it with his team. It was pointed out that there were was a little something with his punch technique that he needed to modify. So I would assume they are working on this in camp. I don't think Vitali would be happy at all with two decision wins in a row...which is why I think he'll definitely be going for the KO (which very well may result in a TKO as you mentioned).
I can see him being around 250 + for the fight. He looks trimmer than I've seen him, but I don't think it helps him a great deal here. He seems generally like a lazy bloke. He trains and fights in a lethargic manner from what I've seen.
