We're so used to every boxer since the 70's being PED'd out of their minds and looking amazingly jacked that we don't know how to react when we see someone who looks close to a normal human being.

Yeah,as I said earlier, some of the Cubans just lose all motivation when they come to the pro ranks.

Because they arent forced into training camps, they just lose the run of themselves a little.

When I said genetics,I mean his underlying speed etc. Hes naturally fast and athletic,so even with the weight,he can still perform.

    Round 4

Solis is caught on the uppermost crest of his skull by a heavily dropped Larsen right, and stunned a bit. Jabs to the body by Solis, recovering quickly. Larsen misses a wild uppercut after pawing some distracting jabs. Solis draws back and fires a right hand lead with authority. They're pressed together, toe to toe, both throwing. Solis is ducking shots or catching them on his arms held high overhead. Body slaps by Solis and hooks flung up into Larsen's cheeks. High right hand by Solis. Jab between the elbows by Solis, into Larsen's jiggly pot. Soft double jab by Larsen, pinning Solis' arms to his face.

    10-9 Larsen although only barely.

    39-37 Solis

Goodness this is bad. In this era all you need is a jab and right hand

    Round 5

Larsen is flicking his wrist, jabbing lightly. Solis dances off the ropes and Larsen straightens out his arm to swab with a longer jab. Right hand lead by Solis circling in. Right hand over the top by Solis. 1-2 to the belt line by Solis. Jabs up top by Larsen, easily caught by Solis. Flush counter right hand by Solis. Drum roll to the chest by Solis as Larsen looms over him. The ref warns them to watch their heads. Sloppy straight/uppercut combo by Larsen, missing as Solis rubs his back along the ropes. High right hand by Solis. Double jab and right cross by Larsen, slow & blocked.

    10-9 Solis

    49-46 Solis

Solis work rate has dropped off a cliff the last two rounds.

Solis won all rounds so far. He dominated the round Larsen landed a single good shot.

Definitely a case for that. Larsen buzzing him was really a trifling matter.

I believe in most eras you needed two functioning arms to compete in boxing.
