This guy could easily lose 25 pounds of fat. EASILY, and still be a 225 pound, lean, legit heavyweight.



Amazing that someone who finally makes it to this level, and has this kind of opportunity, can't control their eating/excess body fat any better than that.

 

Because they had been hungry all their life. did you know that Casamayor exchanged his Olympic Gold Medal for a pig? So he could feed his family. Cuba doesn't have Supermarkets or anything like that, a least not for the Cubans that live there, only for the tourist. i wish he could lose 20 to 25 lbs. he will b much faster and a force to reckon with, but at the same time I understand why he has gain so much weight, is like a bad habit, easy to get it very hard to get rid of it. I spoke to his fitness trainer(back in Cuba) a couple of years ago, and he told me that it was not a HW as fast and accurated as Solis, not in the amateurs, not in the Pros. I didn't beleive him until I saw him fight, 40lbs overweight still fsat as a sport car, but he look like a truck.
