What's with your weird obsession with calling people Nazi's and racists while being German?

Or it points to a fighter's ability to command big paycheques.

I'm pretty sure if Adamek was the Cashcow of European boxing then he'd fight as infrequently as David Haye.

Umm, Adamek's earnings have been as good in his marquee match ups. Poor Haye, couldn't even scare up the biggest fight of his life to be on his own soil, no matter how much he clowns around in his little make belief circus. Adamek does have pretty good bargaining power in and out of Poland and doesn't need to play any dumb games.

But aside from this, some misguided souls like IB have been calling Adamek a greedy sell out. Well both his activity and comp level point to the exact contrary. For instance, compare both those stats to any other HW in the last few years and tell me that Adamek does not compare favourably. I'm not saying Adamek is flawless as a HW (in fact, some of his best attributes have been much subdued at this level mostly because of what he's giving up physically plus he is aging) but all considering, I don't see how you can overlook him as one of the hardest working and most respected fighters in the game.

The talk is that Adamek's next fight is going to be Dec 22 on NBC, not the smaller NBC Sports channel, but their main network channel.

Thats why I'd prefer to see Adamek-Cunningham on that date, I think its a more fan-friendly fight. They already had that excellent first fight and their styles match up well.

Adamek would much more likely to stay on the move against Solis where he'll trade with Cunningham. Solis will probably be too fat to catch him and we get a ho-hum fight. Hate to keep away any new viewers boxing gets because of a uneventful fight, put on Adamek-Cunningham and some casual viewers will more than likely want to see another boxing match.

Yes the Cunningham fight might be more entertaining, however, should Adamek win again, it won't really move him forward much, whereas a win over Solis would propel him a bit more. Should Cuningham defeat someone a bit better than Gavern and prove he can hang as a HW, then I'd be very content to see Adamek-Cuningham II. Interestingly, all 3 fighters are under Main Events and I'm not sure Duva's first option is to match them up at this stage of their careers.

Steve has not been the same since the Adamek fight. He has got worse and seems to go down easy. If he manages to win a few good fights i can see the rematch happening but at this point Solis is a bigger name at HW.

Solis is WAY overrated. His last 'notable' win vs Austin was a complete rubbish. Adamek should outwork him to a UD.

Yeah, I don't think Adamek-Cunningham happens on that Dec date either, I just see it as a more entertaining fight and with it being on NBC there's going to be some people watching boxing that usually don't. A fight similar to their first one brings fans back, I'm afraid a match up with Solis won't have the same impact.

I think Main Events is going to hold an Adamek-Cunningham fight back until after Adamek gets a shot at Wlad or loses to someone else. That's a fight that they can always go to and no need to use it up while Adamek has other bigger options.

I'd be impressed with Adamek if he were to face Solis, I see Solis beating Adamek. I think Adamek can get a shot at Wlad next year without fighting someone like Solis. As long as Adamek keeps winning he probably gets a shot at Wlad, no need to risk it with a guy like Solis and Adamek deserves a ton of credit if he risks a Wlad shot by taking on Solis first.
