I thought Povetkin was going to take on Drummond. Did he get injured again or something?

AS for Solis, he needs to reverse the weight trend immediately, or he is an upset waiting to happen.

Guess this means that Ray Austin is officailly number 1 contender.

Hi Dustaine, yeah the guy is from Costa Rica. He is a pretty good HV, he fought the Russian HV for the WBA and lost...At least he has a winning resume...

Solis should be looking to fight big names already and forgetting these unknown types. Solis has incredible amateur credentials, but he should lose 25 lbs first!

At least he is staying active, and Drummond is at least C opposition...

No,he should lose 50lbs!!!He weighted a whoop'in 271lbs his last fight and at 6'1" ......:-tired

 

all I know is that dude is scary lookin. I remember him on FNF a little while back fighting Rossy, he's not really that talented, you can tell he's got some power, but dude just got a permanent grimace on his face

 

Fighting Drummond is a waste of time for Solis at this point.

There were some rumours that his team would petition the WBC for him to replace Maskaev in the mandatory eliminator against Austin. I'd say the chances of him being granted this position are pretty high. That's the fight Solis should pursue for March, then it's all about Vitali.
