You're saying that Golovkin never wanted the trilogy. It's clear that he did. It's clear that Clenvarez is the one that's pretending Golovkin doesn't exist. It's Clenboy that ran to another division.

In Byrd's eyes, GGG needed a life preserver after that first match. :risas3:

Bro you're avoiding the fact that GGG walked back to the dressing room after he got his beating in the rematch without giving an interview. Without claiming he won, without saying he was OK and ready for another 12 rounds, without challenging for Canelo to fight him again. It took GGG a year to start talking tough again, but where was the tough talk about wanting another fight after the rematch? Why didn't GGG stay in that ring and call for a trilogy right then BCS8? Answer me that LMAO.

Because he would have had to have told the truth, which is that he was robbed and that he did not consider Clenvarez champion. A dignified exit was better.

    Meanwhile, we have this:

    Interviewer "What about Canelo?"
GGG "We had a deal for last September on Mexican Independence day. He said no. How is it possible he said no - we have a contract, everything, a signed contract. He said no. Oh, ok."

Objective? After the rematch ended, and Canelo was declared the winner, GGG objectively walked away and went back to the dressing room REFUSING to do an interview in the ring. REFUSING to address his fans, REFUSING to claim he won, REFUSING to call for a 3rd fight. It took GGG damn near a YEAR to build up the courage to call for a 3rd fight.

    just stop.
remember when i asked you your nationality and you hid it?

i know you're mexican now, but the fact you tried to conceal it tells me that you know you can't be objective, or else you wouldn't have done it.
you have an excuse for everything related to canelo, and always will.

    Right after the fight:

"Interviewer" Do you want to fight Alvarez a third time?"
GGG "Absolutely. If he is interested I am ready."

LMAO A Dignified EXIT? Walking away with your tail tucked between your legs. Rather than staying in the ring and addressing his fans, showing that he was OK and had a desire to fight Canelo again? In what World is it dignified to cowardly walk out of the ring without giving an interview?
LOL It took GGG a year for him to build up the courage to start talking about a 3rd fight. GGG wanted no part of a 3rd fight after getting wrecked in the rematch. It took GGG a good 6 months to recover from that beating lol. I like how you keep trying to change the subject and avoid the fact that GGG left that ring and went back to the dressing room.

If he wanted a 3rd fight, maybe he should have stayed in that ring and faced the music as to what just happened. But you call it "dignified" to walk away and refuse to show a desire for another fight when it mattered.

"It is not the same when you call for the lion than when you actually see him coming towards you."

GGG says he wanted a 3rd fight a year later, in the safe space of a studio, but after going those 12 rounds with Canelo, after Canelo beat him up Mexican Style, GGG wanted no part of a 3rd fight. He wanted out of that ring, he wanted treatment for his wounds. He had no desire whatsoever to demand a 3rd fight with his face all swole up like that.

GGG with a bandage over his eye with sunglasses on in the hallway after Bernardo Osuna flagged him down. Don't you think it would have had more of an effect had he stayed in the ring, looked at Saul Canelo Alvarez man to man and said "great fight Champ lets do it again"?

Right there in the sad hallway with sunglasses on, he congratulated Canelo, and said the things that he should have said in the ring, but was too cowardly to do so. He didn't say that in the ring in front of his fans, in front of the world. He didn't show Canelo that respect when it counted. GGG was flagged down by Osuna and asked if he would fight him again, what would you expect him to say? Of course GGG would not want to sound cowardly when pressed. ESPN titles the video "desire for third fight" they're trying to play damage control for GGG. What GGG says and does is 2 different things. Lets not forget, GGG called for Mexican Style in the rematch, but did we see Mexican Style from GGG? Absolutely not, GGG boxed Canelo in the rematch, fought off the backfoot all night. The complete opposite of Mexican Style. GGG said he is all about the Big Drama Show, but where was the Big Drama Show after the decision in the rematch? Staying in the ring, addressing his fans, calling for a 3rd fight in the ring, that's what a Big Drama Show would be. All we got is a Sad, Pathetic GGG who gave us a Big Drama Queen Show who left the ring and had to flagged down by Osuna in the hallway.

If he had a real desire for a 3rd fight, he would have stayed in the ring and talked about how he thought he won, that's what he needed to do to show the World that he thought he won and truly Wanted a 3rd fight. ANY fighter who when pressed about a rematch is going to say YES. Hell Andy Ruiz said he wanted a rematch with Arreola after he BEAT him. How do you not see the difference between staying in the ring and giving an interview, addressing his fans and letting them know he is OK and taking it upon himself to challenge Canelo for another match vs reluctantly saying he wanted a 3rd fight in a sad hallway with sunglasses on after being flagged down by a reporter?

Of course any fighter is going to say he wants another fight after a loss when asked about it, when put on the spot. But when GGG left that ring, that sealed his fate. It showed his true colors, and he gave up any claim to victory, he had a chance to show that he wanted to go again, he declined and only said so when nagged and pushed by a reporter as he was trying to leave the arena. That is not the same.

you mean like canelo telling floyd it was an honour to fight him?
doesn't sound so reasonable when it's your hero being judged, does it?

By the way that Interview that Osuna gave Sanchez in the hallway was brilliant.

At 2:36, Osuna provides the perfect synopsis of the match : "Now Golovkin was walking backwards most of the fight, Canelo took the fight to him, to the surprise of many."

Yeah it sure was surprising wasn't it to see Gennady who called for Mexican Style proceed to walk backwards most of the fight. Just shows that what GGG says he wants and what he does are two different things.

3:25 Osuna : "The body work, Round 6, it looked like it took a toll on Gennady, how long did it take him to recover from that?".

Yeah how bout that body work in the 6th round, GGG felt those big time.

Sanchez in this interview gave no excuses, made no clams that GGG won. Sanchez said "I think that we knew we had fair judges, I think you have to take your lumps when they see it go the other way, it would be foolish for us, for me to start criticizing when I don't win."

BCS8 and all the GGG fans, maybe you should take the advice of GGG's trainer, who said it would be foolish to criticize the judges, so according to Sanchez, you're all just fools huh. Sanchez said you have to take your lumps when the judges see it go the other way.

And guess what, GGG didn't take his lumps now did he. Taking his lumps would have been to stay in the ring, give the interview, congratulate Canelo man to man, show good sportsmanship, call for a 3rd fight. That's not what GGG did. GGG chose to be a sniveling little weasel trying to run away and sneak out the backdoor. It took GGG a year to start calling for a 3rd fight in the safe space of a studio. But BCS Found an interview in the hallway after the fight where GGG was asked about a 3rd fight and he said Yes OMG BCS8 what a warrior GGG said Yes while trying to weasel his way out the backdoor lmao.
