Boxing isn't done on height. He should have never have gone up to 160 if as you claim, he's too small for the weight. Personally I'd consider him a middleweight considering what he weighs on the night of his fights and so think he should step up.

Then with all business concluded at MW it'd be time for GGG to move up to.

right now canelo knows the ggg fight is his whenever he wants it, belt or no belt, so he has the luxury of asking for the moon, knowing he can make it happen at any point in the negotiations... there is no reason for him to bend at this point.
once he ices khan, the pressure will be on to face a real threat or a big event. pac and floyd are the only fighters that would excuse canelo from facing golovkin next. gbp know they are going to have to concede also, they just dont need to show it right now.

 

but he has only fought monroes and geale level fighters.
