I hope it does happen so that way the plan is broken in every which way. Saunders beat Lamieux, then boxes canelos ears off then then gets KO by GGG Or perhaps even win that as well

I'm a GGG fan and want him to win, but Saunders beating the lot of them would be hilarious, let's be honest. People are overlooking him like he's just the belt polisher, but on the right night he could give any of them hell.

Shame GGG is following around doped up Oscar hoping for another big payday and the privilege of getting the ante upped and the A side diva advantages doubled down upon. Now only to be lead along on a leash missing a chance to fight in the interim and will invariably be passed over for the May date.

Mind boggling how scum not only support this type of treatment but have the temerity to claim that privileged ginger cuck backed by his own personal crime syndicate actually won that first fight.

For me the only acceptable alternative would be Team GGG dragging Charlo to Kazakhstan in the Spring and make sure he is VADA tested per WBC mandate.

What a disapointment. There is only 1 fight most fans want, theres only 1 fight Golovkin wants and if Canelo is true to his word there is only 1 fight he wants. I cant lie i would love to see Canelo in with either Saunders or Lemieaux but not half as much as i want to see the rematch.

If Oscar is eyeing up another opponant then GGG should immediatly start looking for his own. Oscar holds the cards if the rematch happens or not but i wouldnt let the sneaky turd leave Golovkin hanging going stale and a bit older. I know there is nothing technically wrong with what Golden Boy are doing but once again people are getting the impression there are ulterior motives involved.

They are talking about the rematch. Some are taking the “option” of Lemieux as a way to avoid the rematch that most expect due to the controversial outcome of their first fight.

    1) Let's assume that you're right and Canelo schooled GGG.

    Then, that begs the question

    2) Why is Canelo so reluctant to rematch Golovkin? Especially since Golovkin is his biggest payday since Mayweather? It seems like he wants to fight ANYone but Golovkin.

This leads me to the deduction

    3) Canelo didn't school GGG, instead, he got his ass beat all night, he knows he got a gift and knows that he may well get stretchered out in front of all Mexico on the Cinco de Mayo if he fights GGG again.

    hence the conclusion

    4) Oscar is hoping that Lemmy beats Saunders so that he has a lock on at least one belt and can try to feed GGG's leftovers to Canelo in a much less dangerous match.

    :deal:

    Hope you got that.

Its amazing how GGG goons went from saying:

Canelo was a cement-footed, feather-fisted fighter, before the fight to:

Canelo ran, and GGG has the best chin in boxing, after the fight.

    LOL

There is no way anyone can have a serious discussion with Goons when it comes to Canelo and GGG.

GGG did miss a lot, but he threw a lot more as well. On the other hand Canelo missed a lot while only working half as much with regards to his offensive output. If what you say is true...and nothing landed for GGG, wouldn’t you’d expect Alvarez to have opted to walk Golovkin down and implement a contrasting strategy than what he went with by retreating and back peddling? It would be logical because it would have meant Golovkin’s offense was meaningless which would have provided Alvarez the ability to dominate as he did in fights against guys like Amir, Liam and James. It also would have meant Alvarez and his promotion would have been eager to make the rematch immediately vs trying to wait for a possible interim fight with Lemieux and stall the 2nd fight with GGG
