How? By continuing to fight WWs no hoper's and mando's? GGG will never be A-side to Canelo you're high if you believe that ****. Canelo has actually fought and beat people of note unlike GGG and he's paid his dues unlike GGG. Time won't help GGG he's already 34 and only has a few years left and isn't getting any younger Canelo is still in his mid 20s time is on his side. Who would you rather be? The answer is clear and that's Canelo:deal:

oh, so now its about paying your dues and fighting people of note? no longer about ppv buys? cause just a few posts back you were telling us all how canelo calls the shots because "he is the cash cow", and how rules set up to protect the fighter whos earned his place by fighting dont apply if your the cash cow.:eusa_doh:

Canelo is still the cash cow. What are you talking about? Ain't **** changed. He will always be a big draw, bigger than GGG who doesn't fight anyone.

how long does a thought stick around in your head after you write it down? it seems impossible for you to carry a train of thought from one post to the next.

How long does it take for you to understand that if GGG isn't willing to humble himself and realize that he's not the A-side there will be no fight. Canelo is the cash cow he's fought and beat fighters of note he's also paid his dues, GGG hasn't.

I have to ask...how has Canelo earned anything, when he's literally had the whole world of boxing handed to him on a silver platter? People like to say he's paid his dues...but really, has he? Oh great, he accepted 152 as the limit for facing Floyd. But can't say canelo is a major seller of PPV's yet when he really hasn't had a great sale based on his name alone. Ny my opinion.

What dues has Alvarez paid. Accepting 152 for Floyd? Is that it? Other then that, all Alvarez has done is have things handed to him as the next golden boy. Yeah, he fought Lara...big whoop if that's paying dues.

What about taking less money for a shot at Cotto? What about agreeing to a catchweight for a shot at PBF? Yes he has paid dues he was dictated to by both of them. Where have you been?:deal:

Taking less money against an established champ is paying dues now? I didn't realize all one had to do was give in on two highly lucrative fights and that equaled paying dues. Good grief...

You understand the fight is a f*ckin year away at least. :argue:

This offer from GBP is completely meaningless, since a lot can happen within the time span.

Never is a pretty strong word my man. You shouldn't speak in absolutes,

Try this on for size, i'll break it down in chunks for you:
    1. Liam Smith gets a knockdown, buzzes Ginger a couple of times more, in a close fight en route to a 120-108 decision for Ginger.
    2. Ginger either fights another welterweight (WHICH WILL DOUBLE THE NUMBER OF WELTERWEIGHTS GGG HAS FOUGHT) or he actually follows through and fights a '60 pounder.
    3. If the '60 pounder is outside the top 15, basically might as well be back at # 2. If the '60 is inside the top 15, you're back at # 1 again.

Either way Ginger stock continues to push 52 week lows.

GGG puts on a huge show against Brook this weekend. He takes one more fight against "the best fighter willing to get in the ring with him" and puts on another big show.

GGG stock maintains, maybe move the needle a little depending on the spring opponent.

I'll be here in 2017, see you then

I forgot about 154 in my previous post. If he cleaned out that division that would be fine you won't hear another word from me

It sounds exactly like the tactics Floyd used to duck Pacquiao for years. When GGG becomes out of prime, loses or shows his age, that's when Canelo and ODLH will finally make the fight
