Yes it's paying dues. And Canelo back then was a bigger star than GGG is now when he was trying to fight PBF. Yet he paid dues by taking less and a catch weight to get PBF in the ring. Hell he even took less than Cotto and he was a bigger star than Cotto was.:deal: Why? Because he wanted to get the fight done and was willing to make concessions. GGG should learn a thing or two about paying dues and making concessions to get the fights that you want, everyone else has done it why can't he? He's a diva. GGG is in no position to dictate or turn down anything from Canelo. If he doesn't want to be dictated to then he and his fans should shut the **** up about fighting Canelo and move on, because Canelo is A-side and GGG is B-side because Canelo and GBP ain't budging.

Nothing is going to happen that will make GGG get even money or more money in a purse split in this fight. Log off.

    1. Liam Smith fight underperforms as expected
    2. Canelo gets put on his ass by a crappy 160 in spring of 2017

After one or both does Canelo still dictate terms. Yes or no

Your definition is what constituted paying dues is garbage, not to mention vague as hell. Typical of someone who learned about boxing from Floydjr.

GGG isn't a PPV draw his PPV numbers have proven it. His fight with Brook is irrelevant he will never be the draw that Canelo is here in America period. What you fail to realize is that he has no one to fight at 160 who will make him a household name. :deal: Guys like CEJ, Saunders or Jacobs don't move the needle here, sorry and anyone who knows boxing already knows that fight with Brook is a cruel joke. So again how is he going to become a bigger draw so that he can earn more purse or even money against Canelo because that **** ain't happening and is nothing but wishful thinking and delusion. Canelo can fight guys like Smith, Charlo twins or J-Rock maybe even a catch weight fight with Pac for a mega payday. Canelo has more options and better options than GGG has. Canelo's star power is fine.

The last time I checked dummy only one fighter walked away from a career high payday and a 50/50 split over drug testing back in 2009 to fight Clottey and that was Pac.

Oscar didn't have an acceptable win for years yet he still called the shots.:deal: Wins have nothing to do with star power, Oscar is a prime example of that.:deal:
