How do you see Oscar doing against these LW and SuperLW foes Chavez faced when he faced them:

    Rosario
    Jose Luis Ramirez
    Roger Mayweather
    Meldrick Taylor
    Hector Camacho
    Greg Haugan

    Bonus Question

Oscar vs. Chavez at LW... both at their best. How does it go?

Oscar wasn`t at his best at lightweight, he was just a big puncher that was easy to hit, Rosario would have stopped him and Ramirez and Chavez would have out boxed him easily at LH. Against Mayweather at LH it`s a pick `em at light welter Oscar would stand a much better chance because he exploited his reach much better at that stage of his career and got behind a fast jab using tons of movement, if Paz could catch Roger often then Oscar would land double what Vinny landed because he had Paz`s hand speed yet had amazing reach, Roger had good reach too though so he could get caught. The Taylor fight would awesome but I fel Oscar would stop Taylor because he was so powerful and Meldrick stood in front of his opponents too much, he also didn`t deal with Espana`s reach very well, (even though he was slower at welter). Oscar beat Camacho in 96 and Hector wasn`t much better in `91, he`d struggle with Oscar`s reach lie he did in `96 and like he did vs Trinidad. Haugen had nothing that could worry Oscar, lower level fighter with no power.

Oscar beats them all IMO but i'd favour prime Chavez over Oscar at LW.

Rosario punched as hard as Oscar did at LW and had a much better defense.
