Would not be surprised in the slightest if he pulls the "oh I need rehab again" sympathy card soon. He's Tom Cruise Scientology level crazy ATM.
Oscar is right, Ryan is still going on interviews whining about the post fight instead of all his made mistakes leading up to the fight & his lack of effort in the fight itself.
I think he's attempting to do that so Oscar is lashing out. Oscar is pretty much a coked-out clown these days but he does have some points regarding Garcia.
ODLH trying to fake some beef while still fluffing RG with this line about the rehydration clause being the reason he lost. They could have fought at 160, Tank is better. This is what they're building I expect. He's trying to rebuild the kid by keeping attention on him, endorsing his excuses, and trying to whip up either a rematch or big exhibition. But you're right, the guy RG really needs is someone to tell him he lost because he can't deal with southpaws, has got holes in his defense, and his power isn't enough to make up for his flaws.
The whole thing is dumb. So what if De La Hoya wasn't supportive after the loss to Tank, he's a promoter not your friend, it's a business relationship not a working one. You work together to make money not to be friends. Yes it's nice if your promoter actually also cares about you but let's be honest how many promoters are like that? Even the ones that are friendly on a personal level are likely doing so for business reasons. As for De La Hoya, sinking down to the level of Garcia and turning it into a social media spat, is really foolish. You're an adult and a promoter it's not a good look.
