But Vargas wasn't fully prepared when he fought Winky. He looked doughy and had a court case going on. He may have started roids after that fight. He looked more ripped than he ever had in his next fight with Quartey, which was probably his absolute peak.

 

DLH takes it, fairly easy. Nando worked him over with the jab ...oscar does the deed over 12rds to get the UD.

Winky had one of the best jabs and defenses in the game. There's a reason DLH never took that fight. Winky by UD (judges give it to DLH by SD).

 

He was offered 6 mil from Oscar but Winky turned it down...

 

It was regarded as an off night for Vargas at the time. He did okay, but his stamina and strength didn't seem normal.
