Would Floyd be undefeated if he fought Oscar's resume when Oscar fought them?
Would Oscar be undefeated if he fought Pacquiao's resume when Pacquiao fought them?

he didnt take the trinidad rematch because he got greedy and moved upto fight hopkins instead - not exactly taking the easy road, is it?

just told you why he didnt fight tszyu

but considering who oscar did fight - this is a non-topic

if you really want to take a swipe at oscar's resume then you might as well include every fighter who ever fought

    move on to something else

A lot of people were on the fence about who they thought won DLH/Quartey. My brother thought Quartey won and I thought DLH won.

I thought the Sweet Pea fight was closer. That one could've gone either way really.

The Trinidad and Moseley II fights were robberies. DLH won those.

Never saw the Sturm fight but I've heard that DLH got a gift on that one.

    Of course Floyd would.
Oscar would've got outboxed by Marquez and Morales. Also would've lost to Pacquiao as well, he's too fast.

He offered Winky a career high payday. Winky declined. And Tszyu was set, but got KO'd by Cool Vince before it happened.

Greedy yes, but to fight Hopkins? You realize Hops wasn't even on his radar at the time? Hell, even Tito didn't move up to fight Hopkins. That came many years later.

Are you really suggesting that Floyd would beat Hopkins?
And do you realize what a shot Mosley nearly did to Mayweather? Imagine a prime, 2000, roided Mosley...! :deal

    yeah i know he wasnt
but the only reason oscar fought hopkins is because both tito and mosley didnt want to take less $$ than a guy they had already beat..

If they were the same size, of course, Floyd is the P4P king.
A shot Mosley got 2 lucky punches in and didn't do nothing to Floyd. Floyd ended up making him look stupid, like you. A roided Mosley is just that, roided, a cheater. But of course someone of your standards wouldn't mind seeing a cheater, but if you want to know, a roided Mosley still would've got beat, maybe Floyd would've struggled but he still would've won over a cheater.

That's not the only reason dude. He fought Hopkins because it was just the next natural fight to be made for him. And there was a lot of pressure on him to make that fight.

:patsch Don't talk about standards when you're naming yourself after a guy who beats women. IF they were the same size, Hops who beat DLH wouls still beat the Floyd who fought Cotto. That's just a 2 pound difference.

True, he took it, but then lost again, to another elite. Oscar fought the best out there, just always lost

    Floyd's skills exceed Hopkins'
