No, he won't get down that level of *fatness*. I see him at 265.

I doubt he will do it for Austin fight, knowing he can win easily even at 270. And I agree even 250 is still too much. Ike was similar size and looked almost overmusculated... and still was about 235 for most of his career.

    According to this

    http://www.***********.com/?m=show&id=33331

his trainer says Solis will be 250, and the article says Solis is 265 now.

If Solis gets under 260 for the weigh-in he deserves to be the favorite against Austin, considering what he's been able to do in the ring above 260.

    this.

At 6 or 6'1, 230 is pushing fat boy level. 250 is a tub of ****.

Solis is one hell of a talent though. Great amateur background coupled with his terrific power. If the weight doesn't affect his stamina I honestly have no problem with him being a carreer 250'er.

Solis also said this in an interview about a month ago.

J.S: What would you say to those critics who say you carry too much weight in some of your fights?

O.S: Only I know my body. I’m not an [Chris] Arreola or one of those guys. I’m a different breed. Have you seen me fight, how fast I am and how many punches I throw?"

So basically he's saying that he has no plans to lose any weight.

You're sure he said twohundredfifty pounds? Because he probably said it with a double cheeseburger in his mouth.

He looked about 300lbs at the presser, I don't see him weighing even 250.
