    I s'pose, depends on what your interpretation of it is really. For me he was easily inside the top 10 at welterweight prior to the fight, and thus in my opinion anyways he was a ''world'' level fighter in his division.

    He certainly did more than merely ''lose to Zaveck'' anyways, he even had a better resumé(have THAT, haters:yep) than some fighters that were ranked ahead of him too.
