Of the last 40 years, does anyone besides LL have a chance to beat Vitaly?

What weapons do you guys seriously think Tyson has that can trouble Vitaly? I can see Tyson beating Vlad but he doesn't have any chance against Vitaly.

Has he ever shown heart in victory? That is how you measure a fighter's heart...coming back from behind or knockdowns to win a fight. Whenever you watch a tyson fight, if he gets knocked down you know he is going to lose.

Tyson would be the fastest and most powerful fighter Vitali has faced , he had great head movement, fercouis combinations, he out jabbed fighters with longer reaches than him (check his punch stat record) Tyson is to good of a fighter for Vitali ( who has he beat to prove that he's good enough to beat Tyson, your saying Tyson does'nt have a chance yet Chris Byrd who is a natural light heavy stopped Vitali :deal)

Fact is though, when you can only name 15 fighters that would probably beat you in all of boxing history, id say youve done damn good for yourself.

    Yes.

The three I named, I would favour.

If i added those with a very good chance (close to 50-50), I would add Holmes and Tyson.

I favour Vitali head to head, but that post is ridiculous.

    It's close to a 50-50 proposition.

And No boxer who ever boxed could say that Tyson doesn't have "any chance."

Stop? Please...have you watched that fight? Chris was getting easily beat until the injury. That was a big fluke. I know a win is a win but I don't even think Chris will brag about that fight.

I don't think that is enough to beat Vitaly. The difference with LL is that he actually had reach and strength on top of those things. Whether you like it or not LL has a big heart too...Lennox won difficult fights before. He did it against Mercer, Briggs, Bruno and even Vitaly.

I remember a feather-fisted puncher named Chris Byrd....

Let's factor skill in then, Tyson was an incredibly talented boxer in his heighday. He style was specifically created for neutralising the advantages of taller boxers. I think Tyson was simply far too good at slipping punches for Vitali to mount an effective offense. I don't believe Vitali has the speed and also he is lacking the one punch you could really make an argument that Tyson is vulnerable to-the uppercut. Tyson would've beaten Lewis too if they'd met when at their best.

I'm so tired of this sentence blabla everybody has a chance against Wlad but heyho none can touch Vitaly and his indestructable chin... honestly I think that there isn't such a huge diffrence in their respective chins, sure Vitalys is probably better but I'm not so sure Vitaly would have done much better being caught with the punch that Sanders hit Wlad with...

I agree Tyson in his prime stands a good chance at beating anyone if you ask me...
