    Apart from the fact your anotomy knowledge needs bringing up, deadlift uses pretty much every skeletal muscle in the body... So what?

    I would also vote for deficit deadlifts with a snatch grip for the absolute best overall muscle builder.

    For any explosive Sport, any exercise using the Biomechanical Break isnt Good Practice.
