Hi all Just to let you know that Candace Toft's book, Off the Ropes - The Ron Lyle Story, has just been made available for Kindle. Can't post a link, sorry, but you can find it on Amazon easily enough. The paperback was published in 2010 but never had wide distribution, especially in the US. Given Ron's sad death in November 2011, we were keen that the story of 'the toughest heavyweight who never won the title' should be out there. Give it a read, it's a hell of a tale.
Sounds very interesting, the kindle version especially since my book budget is drained after I bought Compton's book... But this book goes directly on my wishlist on amazon. Thanks
