oh man I disagree, Gennady is too big and powerful for Cotto. You think Cotto could hold up to Golovkin's bombs?

I don't think they'd land. Cotto has the superior craft and the lower center of gravity on the inside, making him harder to hit and in a better position to hit to the head and body. And if he chooses to circle, I'd bet his lateral movement is enough to offset Golovkin's pressure and make him lunge into counters.

Talks of fighting Ward is premature like JG i don't think it's crazy to think Golovkin might be capable of it. Ward has tremendous ring IQ and is a great stratagist so i can't imagine he would try to fight Golovkin on the inside like Froch or Green but if he did i suspect he would abandon that stratagy pretty quick. The thing is Ward can't punch and wouldn't have the power to deter Golovkin while GGG is very good at cutting off the ring. The thought of GGG being able to wear him down or even changing the fight with one punch isn't unrealistic imo. I still think Ward's chin is average.

    Cotto would be destroyed lol

From what I've seen I wouldnt favor him over any of the elites at 168.

at 160 I give him a fair shot to beat Martinez or Jr.

It seems JG made a typo. I think he meant '60 and '68.

Bute will beat Golovkin too. I've to give Golovkin his props for beating Proksa but I think Bute will handle him quite well.:yep

Still I want to see Golovkin vs Pirog / Peter Quillin !

He looked great. I'm a Sturm fan but this guy would eat him up at this stage. Proksa showed some real guts.
