And while I wasn't rooting for either fighter, I DID want to see Pacquiao kinda solve Floyd's defensive riddle. He did I spurts, but just not enough.

One thing I noticed was that every time Floyd had Manny in a clinch...
Manny didn't have any inside fight defense.

In fact watching most of Manny's fights... it seems like one of the best ways to neutralize his insane offense is to tie him up.

Easier said than done but this past Saturday Floyd appears to have had the most success at it almost every round.

My thing is... Could Manny have thrown some effective uppercuts against Floyd while in the clinch?? He didn't even attempt to.
So we will never know how successfully he would have been with
throwing uppercuts and even perhaps body punches while in the clinch.

    Just a thought.

    What spurts?

He got in 2 good left hands in rounds 4/6 but that's it.

Guerrero also hit him with some big ones.

Maidana in their first bout was winning rounds. 4 rounds.

    That's closer than EmmanuelPacquiao.

He didn't come close to cracking the MayVinci Code.

One of the biggest bull phrases too. Without offence it's impossible to win, only tie, while the offence wins the match/fight/game
