What offers had Antonio Margarito ran from in the past to give you the impression he'll run from this one.

What part of Margarito's attitude tells you he would feel good about thew ducking the last man to beat him?

    I'm curious?

Top Rank owns Margarito. They will do with him what they wish, and right now a Williams fight doesn't interest them. Margarito will fight anyone they tell him to fight. Williams already beat Margarito on the scorecards, his team is only interested in stealing Margarito's shine and Top Rank damn well knows it. Money is dictating why both camps have their positions on this. Nothing else.

I won't condemn Maragrito if he fights Del La Hoya for that exact reason. Antonio Margarito hasn't and won't duck any fighter for the remainder of his career, just like Miguel Cotto won't. They let their management dictate who they fight, and whoever they come up with, they fight. It's as simple as that.

I Have To Say If Margarito Fights Clottey Thats A Good Fight That He Should Take..but His Next Fight Needs To Be Against Paul In A Unification Bout..he Needs To Fight And Beat Paul To Be Recognized As The Number 1 Welterweight--otherwise Hes Not The Number 1 At All...but I Give Him Credit Where Its Due And Clottey Will Be A Tough Opponent...personally I Think He'll Lose To Clottey

It's the sole reason I laugh at people who claim Roberto Duran ducked a Buchanan rematch. If anybody ducked a rematch, it was his management, not Roberto.

You people are pathetic in the excuses you make for fighters you like, when they take the same actions of fighters you hate; the same actions that you ridicule those you hate for taking by calling them cowards and chickens.

I have absolutely no idea what you are talking about and have no wish too. We're discussing Williams vs Margarito 2 here, mate. :hi:

I think we can agree on that as well. All of these fighters are like contractors. They just need to be told the job.

Dude the more you try to explain the more people will argue with you. To them Margarito is not proven even though he took out their hero Cotto and made him take a knee, even though their hero Money retired not to fight him and Cotto. I would love too see Williams V Margo and I know its gonna happen so ill just sit back and watch these haters hate and envy like they always do:lol:

If they make valid points, I welcome anybody to argue with anything I say here. Margarito doesn't duck opponents, and there isn't any evidence to suggest otherwise. I don't hold fighters accountable for management decisions. Floyd Mayweather Jr, godbless him, determined who he fought as did a lot of other champions down the years. Cotto, Margarito, Duran, and the list goes on, they fight who is put infront of them.
