With Fury vs AJ not materialising recently and then the snide comments from Arum and Warren, got me wondering. AJ obviously gets called a ducker by some every time a mega fight doesn't happen, but has anyone ever made a serious offer to Team AJ? Have Fury and Wilder ever gone to AJ with a genuine fight offer?
Dont bother, they'll just claim Aj's ducking even though he's the only one trying to make the fight happen. even Reddit/boxing has more common sense than most of this forum. although from the looks of it a few more people are starting to realize Aj might be the only one who wants undisputed. Wilders team offered Aj a guaranteed 50 milion dollars for a fight. however Eddie Hearn "claimed"(LOL) that they never sent a legitimate contract nor did they ever get invited to a meeting to discuss the offer. However Wilder rejected a 100 million dollar multi fight deal offer from DAZN to fight Aj 2 years ago. And to my knowledge Fury's team never sent Hearn any offers
No. AJ on the other has had the following fighters turn down fights Wilder - 4 career high purses offers. Fury - x 3 career high purses Ortiz x 1 Whyte x1 Kownacki x 1
Had 3 undefeated champions, 2 of them are about to fight each other for the 3rd time. AJ still hasn’t signed to fight either and the longer it goes the less the luster and fewer the opportunities. If AJ wanted the fight, it would have been done. It’s really that simple.
Now if it wasn't for the PBC track record I might believe you: Wilder-Joshua Spence-Crawford Plant-Canelo There's a common element here. PBC don't like making big fights with rival promoters.
I don't ever have to make an argument. If you believe AJ is ducking, you obviously have some stupid vendetta/irrational disdain for him, it's as simple as that. You're ****ing dumb if you believe this. Seriously ****ing dumb. Fury and Wilder have shown far more traits about them as people to make us believe they are duckers.
