Offical HBO BAD Round by Round Coverage

Cintron looks to have taken the round off though still landing better shots early and using movement to frustrate Angulo and not give him a chance to position his self to land meaningful shots. Cintron standing still late in the round allowing Angulo to throw some. Still Cintron round as he landed the better shots.

angulo's jab lands well but he doesn't throw it nearly enough. his pressure is down, defense is non existent. cintron still fresh

 

Cintron moving well and letting the punches go. Cintron backing up now as Angulo keeps coming forward. Angulo double steps after a Cintron right. Jab and no head movement forces Angulo to stop moving. Angulo jabs and sends Cintron back. Angulo only went past the 6th round 3 times. Stamina issues perhaps about to come up? We shall see I guess. Lennox says Angulo is a bit winded because he had to make weight. HBO saying Angulo looks drained. Cintron lands a right and left hand and backs up. Cintron tries a leg sweep on Angulo but Ass breaks em up. Hook lands for Cintron and Angulo comes back with something spicy. Angulo throwing these sad ooping punches. NASTY uppercut by Cintron just misses. That one had "****ing Die" on it.

Cintron has a more convincing round this time out. His jab really allows him to keep the appropriate distance and unleash his left hook and overhand right.

Angulo hasn't won a round IMO but you can argue the first which I gave a 10-10.

 

So to recap:

Angulo struggled to make weight, he's sick, he's drained and apparently he may or may not have the swine flu.

Angulo's corner not saying anything to him. Just rubbing a towel on his body. Not a word.
