*****Offical Round by Round Johnson vs Dawson*****

Going pretty much how I called it- one man's on his way up, one's on the way down. I'd have been disappointed if Dawson wasn't doing better than he did the first time around.

 

Round 5
Chad emboldened to get cute now. Circling around and slinging flashy potshots. Pulling straight back, shoulder-rolling, skipping in circles around Glen, turtle-shelling, pretty much every fancy defensive maneuver in the book. He's landing some beautiful lead uppercut counters every time his compass arc brings him around Johnson's flanks and front.

50-45 Dawson. If he's really worked on his conditioning enough to keep this up he may not even come close to losing a round.

 

Ugh...Dawson looked sooo much better against Adamek. Where are the 4-5 punch combinations? The leverage in the body shots? The stiff jab?

 

LOL Why des the commentator keep calling him Chad JOHNSON atsch

I'll give the last round to Johnson, mostly because Dawson starting riding his bike later on in the round. Johnson's best round so far (but thats not saying much), 4-1 Dawson.

I don't know why Lampley's talking about Johnson changing the momentum of the fight, the guy hasn't landed much at all. He can't get thru Chad's defense.

 

Because Kellerman knows **** all about the sweet science.
