I had Haye winning, Valuev landed **** all how on earth you can get a round for punching thin air.

Im a Haye fan and that was more or less the same as the Froch v Dirrell fight, did Haye do enough to win it? He rocked the big fella in the last round but, I had it closer than 2 of the judges.

Im not sure if Haye could of fought it any different though, the guy is just to big.

Don King will be a happy man.

How can you become a world champion by throwing 10 punches a round? Haye won clearly only one round the last. He had Valuev wobbled but still run away from him for the rest of the round. It seems Valuev was well past his expiry date and they have a new cash cow.

    Had it 117-113 for Haye.

I don't understand those that would criticise haye for throwing to few punches. Valuev didn't land ****. You don't win fights on aggression, this is boxing, the sweet science, it's not about who goes forword and throws the most, it's about who produced the most effective work and that was definetly haye tonight.

Look, Valuev never landed any punches? Ineffective aggresion doesn't score points? Haye landed much harder punches, although he did not do quite enough. He still outboxed Valuev though. And i even think Haye is a ***** and i wanted him to lose. Valuev only won 6th and 7th for me.

You do know that Wlad fought other fights meanwhile, right ? Iggy here, Iggy there. Iggy was a lefty leaning way back out of reach for Klitschko so he could not land anything but a jab now and then, and Wlad wasn't fool enough to lean over so he could get tagged from the side off-balance for cheap ass flash knockdowns. But STILL Wlad threw like 5 times the number of punches Haye threw. But of course, that was a typical Wlad fight, it's not as if he decked Chagaev in every round big. But a **** head of course always finds a way to "make fun" of that, and let it appear as if Wlad was doing less than Haye.

What would a 1967 Ali do to Valuev?

Ali at age of 1967 wouldn't do that much. Maybe win a round or two.

Haye clearly won most of the rounds, anyone scoring for Valuev need the eye doctor.

Valuev did nothing but plod forward and missed jabs.

Wouldnt compare Haye tonight to what Haye will be like against Wlad or Vitali

but go ahead, you will feel stupid when he is far more aggressive, you know LIKE NORMAL!!
