Yeah, I'm just stirring the pot They were very disorganized this time last season yet came home with a wet sail. Maybe it's also a case of 2nd season syndrome for Mortimer too, but they also seem to be playing less risky football too, and that style got them going great last season. Whatever the problem is, Anderson should be able to fix it. He's a good young coach.
I agree. I think they should chance their arm a bit more in attack. Those offloads seemed to have dried up.
Manly had their first first win in Rd 5 last year and ended up a bees dick away from top 4. This time last year it was the same story with Parra, it was whatsamatterparramatta
He needs to beef up for now. He struggles a bit with defensive reads though thats fairly normal for guys who are just starting out. How old is he anyway? He's a bit of a liability under the high ball too. Oh, and Melbourne arent really Manly's bogey team. They're just simply a more superior side :yep though I actually give them a fair chance of winning this weekend. Manly have been performing better than them so far this season.
Struggling to make any cash out of the NRL this weekend ... studied the form and no value there ... Any thoughts ? ... Warriors home to Panthers pays 10/11 ... but there carrying a few injuries ... Broncos no value against Sharks ... and Titans 11/10 against Dragons looks okay but I believe there carrying a few injuries to key forward players ... A tough week for tipping !
He def doesnt need to beef up he is 91 kgs at 6 percent body fat, the club has told him over and over he needs more fat on him. I have told him the bigger he gets the slower he becomes which is what he doesnt want to do. He did some really good 40 and 100mtr times during the off season. Tomane has ****ed him over this year in the centres esp in defence. Tomane is very lazy and anyone with footwork has decent chance to stand him up. Last week the plan was Tomane and Mead to double teamed Inglis, it worked but then stormed smartened up and did tunnel balls to Quinn. He is fine under the high ball, most 50/50 challenges end up on the deck. Manly wont win this weekend down there
I think doing a multi picking the winners is a decent bet this week, as far as i can see there is only 1 certain away win from home and thats the bunnies over the eels. However I have not picked a eels match right this yr :-(
I wouldn't touch Parra to win or lose hey. They're just as likely to win by 20 starting this week. It's coming eventually you'd have to imagine... Then again, maybe not!
91kgs? ****, he looks a bit smaller when you see him play. Thats a good size for a speedy winger. I love seeing small wingers excel at league. It seems all to common now for teams to be bringing in 100kg plus wingers. I think Merritt is 86 and he's a very good defender.
It's a bit of a tough one this weekend. I was hoping Souths would have been a bit better value, but they're only paying $1.70. It's an Eels home game, but it will be played at ANZ (which is used by Souths and sometimes the Eels) and Souths season ticket holders will be able to get in for free, so I'm expecting a 50/50 crowd there. A few changes for Souths though, Lowe is suspended for one week. Stuart will take his place and Geddes will start for Stuart. Crocker has been named on the bench, but he's been named for the last weeks now and still hasn't played. Theres also a ? over Asotasi's knee. In the end, the current worlds best player will steer Souths around the park again and we'll clock up 4 in a row.
How the **** does Preston Campbell get into that side ? .... hes useless couldnt catch a cold ..... cant believe ive got him in my dream team ! .... Surley Titanns have some up and coming half backs in place of the injured Scott prince...
St Geoge were very good today and nullified everything Titans tried... Missing some of there go forward regulars thats impressive and Soward back to normal ....
