Frick'in Russo does NOT deserve to be in the 1/4's ..His fighting method from what I observed, is basically to nick points by jumping in, than to spoil + hold his opponent, while petitioning the referee to break so he can do It over again!??

..It's a style completly made for beating the Amature system!! You could never fight like that as a Pro! So, he's just wasting everyones time an taking up valuable olympic places that should go to the future fighters with Pro Careers in mind.

no way. i am fine with guys staying in the amatuers. i just hate ****s like russo. because it's clear as day what he is doing and stopping more talented better boxers. who are actually winning to fight and practice thier sport

the aiba hate the pros anyways.

Russo's the 1st boxer to sign for AIBA's professional boxing, he's obviously getting favourable judging

The last 2 Azerbaijani boxers have also got favourable judging it's pathetic

Taylor is poetry in motion. The Real Million dollar Baby. Unreal performance. If you had any doubt about womens boxing being worthy of the Olympics? Well just watch that fight.

The Chinese Girl Dong got beaten which was a bit of shock. Chorieve from Belarus has a decent right hand. But Araujo will need to worry about the highly skilled Bulgarian Ochigava before she even thinks about a final!
Ochigava is patient and cautios but very skillful with good hand speed.
