So has it been appealed and overturned?

It's been appealed. Mago's also put in an appeal over the Cammarelle scoring.

No decision yet on either fight (as far as I know)

    That's excellent. :happy

    That's...stupid. :blood

He lost by a point, it was close all throughout, and Cammarelle did edge him out in the latter two.

Gvozdyk on the other hand was robbed blind.

    Ukraine filed a protest.

Mago lost fair and square. Gvozdyk was a horrid robbery and it appears they may have ****ed up the countback too. In the Khytrov fight they explain it by saying that all 5 judges scores don't count, only 3. That card appears to be only the 3 judges and has Gvozdyk winning on countback.

What i read is they neither take into account the highest score for a boxer nor the lowest one and they just base the average score on the 3 judges left.

How about Petrauskas? He wasn't screwed quite as bad as Gvozdyk, but still bad.

Of course, Han was careful not to foul much, so they won't be able to use lack of warnings as a basis. (for which there is precedent)

I didn't even bother looking at your location after reading his post, was just responding to the generalization of Nordic black metal.

Yeh that news has really put a downer on my mood. What a shame, he could've been our generations SRR. Unless AIBA pro boxing takes over and becomes the sole pro organization then it's like he's staying amateur in his own little corner.

    Great album either way.

OK, today we've got these finals coming up:

Light fly: Shiming Zou, CHN, vs. Kaeo Pongprayoon, THA
Bantam: John Joe Nevin, IRL vs. Luke Campbell, GBR
Light welter: Roniel Iglesias Sotolongo, CUB vs. Denys Berinchyk, UKR
Middle: Esquiva Falcao Florentino, BRA vs. Ryota Murata, JPN
Heavy: Oleksanr Usyk, UKR vs. Clemente Russo, ITA

Who are your bets? Mine are Zou, Nevin, Sotolongo, Florentino and Usyk.
