Maybe if the scoring had been accurate. Can't see him getting it with the official result being that "close" and not reflecting what happened, when other guys breezed their gold matches more easily. (ie Lomachenko, Carrazana)

CNBC is showing the Katie Taylor gold medal presentation on delay from THURSDAY instead of airing the live men's welterweight ceremony. :patsch

Deep class, IMO - even if Shelestyuk is considered a weak link on Team Ukraine.

Consider that Errol Spence Jr. had a great tournament and didn't even reach the podium.

Clayton should have beat Evans. He would make a decent pro too.

The former Bronze and Gold Olympic medalist at super heavyweight (in Athens and Beijing, respectively) is out to "We Will Rock You", strutting and cricking his neck.

Cammerelle is always a pleasure to watch. Joshua is going to struggle here I think.

    Round 1

Cammarelle jabs with his right, drops his arms, and lolls his head side to side as though working out a kink. Very loose. Joshua dances to his left, guard up high and tight, far more tense. Joshua pokes out with his left jab and gets one past Cammarelle's right. Joshua stays by the ropes and Cammarelle lunges in with a lead left to the jaw. Right hook by Cammarelle slaps a Joshua 1-2 out of the way. A few light jabs by Joshua from outside, keeping it in Cammarelle's field of vision but not touching him with it. Cammarelle backs him into a corner with a wavy right hook and then a soaring left hand, and Joshua BANGS him with a straight right hand counter to get out. Right hook by Cammarelle!! JOSHUA HURT!! Another hook!! Joshua drops his hands and rolls his head back, leaning against the ropes!!

IB's score: 5-2 to Cammarelle (was 3-2 until the last ten seconds)

Toss in Custio Clayton, too- who also a good run, and looks like he might develop into a fine pro if he goes that route.
