I mean, I scored the third in favor of Joshua myself, but by three?

Also, it should have been a little wider than 13-10 heading into it.

It was closer than his unofficial loss to Savon was, to be sure. :yep

Still, feel Cammarelle clearly edged it.

Felt the italian should have won it but Joshua came on strong in the last round. A bit favourable but not to bad. Joshua - Savon was alot worse.

    Well done Joshua.

    Whats Teddy Atlas saying?

I had Camarelle up 5 points if I tallied correctly. No nods to have here, just robberies.

i thought savon won by about 4-6 punches against josh, robbery
only saw cam beating him by 2-3, this one was more of a gift than a robbery, IMHO

I don't blame nationalist fans for the scoring. I blame them for bragging about or trying to rationalize poor decisions, which is what that comment was made in anticipation of.

For all the **** levelled at the British for robberies in these games, its the AIBA that is running this racket.

Its the Brits fault because we get behind people and make a lot of noise in arenas? Maybe the other guys need to step up their cheering game?

Joshua has put in some gutsy performances against Savon and Cammerelle even when he was getting outclassed. He didn't deserves the gold but he certainly doesn't deserve any abuse.

Good way of putting it.

Robbery is a stronger term than gift, should be reserved for worse and more blatant scoring injustices.

josh isn't the quickest and leads with hooks too much, i think he is more suited to the pro game but i don't think he'll be anything special.

im not a brit i thought it was way way too close to call, i still dont feel confident scoring amateur fights, if i had to though i would say the italian by one or two points. it certainly wasnt a robbery. close as ****.

he looks like an amateur though and hes no more of a threat to the klits than i am. he looks well short in so many areas. he should stay as an amateur.

Whoa, whoa, ishy. Never seen you this heated.

It wasn't the robbery to end all robberies, no. There were at least a dozen worse decisions in this tourney.

The wrong man got his hand raised, that's all.

Cammarelle earned that (somewhat) close but clear.

Not a robbery but Cammarelle won it, if it was pro's I'd say Joshua deserved the victory more as the Italian looked all over the place in the third round but since it wasn't, Cammarelle seemed like the victor to me.
