Amen, no one wants to see this garbage. Can someone post a pic of Abril planting his left foot in between Rios and holding Rios' left arm?? That's basically the entire fight right there.

Abrils game plan, stick your left foot in between Rios legs, get your **** as attached to him as possible, then hug and hold his left arm until the ref sees you.

 

Agree, it's a good thing he got robbed, that way most of us don't have to watch his ass again.

 

I agree the Campillo robberies were horrific, but so was the Abril robbery last night. Also, I have no idea what the style of a fighter has to do with anything, they are not in there strictly for entertainment purposes, they are there to win the fight!!! Besides, I'm sure Abril landed significantly more power punches than Rios, plus Abril completely dominated Rios on ring generalship. Deserved winner any legitimate way you look at it.

What's with this revisionist history? Stop withh this Abril did nothing but hold propaganda. Yea he held a bit on the inside. However, he mostly sliped and avoided punches from Rios. He held no more than normaly expected in this kind of fight.
It was s robbery of the worst kind.

 

i lol'ed so hard at the decision... yeah he got robbed but i think i would've been more mad if abril won. promoting a clinching/holding/cheating/wimpy fighter to be a style capable of winning titles is just wrong
