I ve had the same thought, scorpy! It all depends on whether Tsypko can hold his Mexican foe at bay for 12 long rounds.I dont think that Andrade will win a chess match with the classy Ukranian counterboxer.Tsypko has an awkward style. Andrade has to go out with blazing guns looking for a ko. He wont win this upcomming fight by way of point decision. Either Andrade by ko or Tsypko by point decision. Good and interesting match up! I am looking forward to their encounter! Guess that Tsypko must be a little bit ring rusty after his long absence from the ring.
Let us not forget that Bute must fight the winner of Andrade v. Tsypko by late July, so I guess he could even fight Larsen in late March, three months after Larsen's tune-up fight. Again, I'd much rather it was Taylor. I can't see Taylor waiting to fight Bute a year from now...he will fight someone by late March too...so...whom?
I doubt it, I really do...no one fights Bika unless they have something to prove and are desperate or if they're forced to. Not Taylor, and not after Lacy, that's for sure....
It's a winnable fight against a name...momentum builder at least. Does beating the 2008 version of Lacy really earn Taylor a title shot at 168? I don't think so. I mean, probably according to the powers that be, but it's not really legitimate in my eyes.
Interesting fight. I doubt Tyspko could stand up to 12 rounds of Andrade's pressure, actually there aren't a lot of guys who can.
