52-year old German based Andreas Sidon, undefeated since 2011, and a record of 43(35)-11(6), will fight British heavyweight Danny Williams for the World Boxing Board heavyweight title. Williams has lost 15 times in his last 18 fights but managed to become mandatory challenger after beating Czech heavyweight Radek Varak with TKO3.

Fight will happen on May 30th in Konzerthalle, Olsberg, Germany.

Who will be the new heavyweight champion of the world? Sidon or Williams?

I can see Sidon winning a decision here.

The winner might face Deontay Wilder to unify the belts.

Danny Williams is arguably the most shot fighter ever to get in the ring.

Wouldnt shock me if Sidon wins

Andreas Sidons second fight was against Sugar Niko Valuev.

    [yt]NZGfkCX8Lrw[/yt]

Sidon faced Nikolay Valuev in only his second fight. Sidon suffered two standing eight-counts in the first round. Valuev also dominated the second round. The referee wanted to stop the fight in the third round, although there seemed to be no reason for a stoppage at that moment. The crowd was very discontented with the ref's decision and beercups and bottles have been thrown into the ring. Sidon wanted to continue, so he persuaded Valuev to continue fighting for the full 6 rounds.

Due to fighting without a referee (who left the ring in the third round), the EBU ruled the bout as a no-contest. Sidon later told, that it was the referee's first professional bout and that Valuev's people shouted to the referee, that he should stop the fight, otherwise Valuev might hurt Sidon. Sidon also said, that the timekeeper shortened the later rounds, due to Valuev having conditioning problems.

Should be a pretty competitive fight actually, Sidons recent wins are deceiving. He's struggled with some shot journeymen who are nearly his age.

Andreas Sidon doesn't have a licence. He has some kind of blood cloth in his brain and could be released with every punch that hits him. He would be dead within seconds and doctors couldn't do a thing.
    :-:)-:)-:)-(

EDIT: I just did some research, it's a limescale in his carotid. If moved by a punch, it would be the same outcome nontheless

Both are still a serious threat to Wilder.

Apparently former K1 champion Stefan Leko is makşng his debut on the same card. It could be named "The battle of geriatrics".
