ya kiddin' aren't ya mate...how many times did he do it in the last part of the year...he's got the best highlights reel of anyone in the NRL...you want blokes in your team with never say die attitudes...blokes who are lookin' to win the match...score match winnin' trys on the death...pot conversions from the sideline to win the game for his team..kick golden point field goals...the bloke done it all this year...don't know why you're dirty on him but he's got the form on the board...'the' most exciting player in the NRL at the moment..

 

thats the thing about highlight reels. they only show the good things.
ive got nothing against sandow at all and as you said, hes a gutsy, determined bugger and 9 times out of ten he pulled them out of the fire this year. I actually like his style and enjoy watching him play.
but i watched him as objectively as possible and im telling you that in those games 9 times out of ten it was his brain farts, defensive lapses and poor decision making that were the reason his team was in the **** in the first place.
you dont need to take my word for it just go to nrl.com and rewatch any close souths game this year and watch him specifically. its there in living colour.

 

..better to see a player roll the dice and have a crack than not even fire a shot.:good..anyway..each to thier own...I'd have him in my team anyway...with ****** Hodges too:yep...wait 'till you see him inside JT in the AllStars game next year...

..this time last year I was off him too but I'm glad to admitt he proved me wrong this season...:deal

 

Sandow played consistently well for a good chunk of 2011, he was one of the better halfbacks in the comp. I was more impressed with his controlled smarts more than his off the cuff plays.

 

Met Josh Morris, Daly Cherry-Evans, Jharel Yow Yeh last night in London.

Daly Cherry-Evans is kool. Asked him what he thought of Shaun Johnson and he said he thought he was crazy talented.

Josh was getting ribbed a lot about going to the Bulldogs as there were no Bulldog fans in the place.

Yow Yeh is loved by those aussie chix!!! My brother asked him if Israel was coming back and Jharel said "I dont know but if he does i'm out of a job" lol

Maguire has arrived at souths, and he looks like a hard ****er. From what I've read, hens gunna flog them senseless at training and will probably shatter a few egos along the way.

 

Yeah he did that @ Wigan. Totally changed the culture at the club. Before he arrived we had good players but the attitude wasnt right and Maguire came in and the mentality of the players changed drastically.

The pre-season training he puts them through is supposed to be brutal. His defiently not one to care about upsetting any players!!

 

Uh-oh sounds like Pecks is getting delusions that Souths will take the Premiership again... :yep
