For the record I like Marshal....massive talent....and I dont know much about the law...but what I do know is for the police to charge him with assault this quick they must have unrelated witnesses who without doubt said Marshal smacked the guy

Now if it was a fight the witness would have said its a fight...no assault charges from the cops...so it must be proved in court...but for the cops to lay charges you can be sure the cops are rooster supporters or Marshal did smack the guy.

Back to my point if he was home/ or in controlled circumstance this would not have happened

When I was doing security in brisbane 18 years ago we had the broncos in every second week.....we needed to get a section for the broncos to be in and we filtered who we let into that section...we were also told to make sure we watch them out front and they get in a cab safely....this was in Brisbane CBD....no other teams up here.

Down south 10 times more damage possible IMPO

Gotta disagree, it's not in Benjis contract to do such things so it's entirely up to him what he does with his life outside footy.

If it was in his contract eg. Titans arent allowed on Eastern side of Gold Coast Highway in Surfers Night Strip...then questions could be asked.
