A few miss tackles, a couple of reports and a long term injury to finsh it off.

I thought Burgess was good and Reynolds was good too.

 

Burgess was the standout.

 

Burgess was immense. Hope he doesnt get shifted to prop. He's world class in the 2nd row.
Renolds had a fine game. I like the way he plays.
Sutton was very good also. Showed a lot of urgency, and a little bit of mongrel too, which is something he's never had.

Only downside is the injury to Luke Burgess. When GI, and Merritt return in round 1, we'll be nicely poised. :good

GI will be fit for Rd 1?

Luke Burgess is the best player at Souths. Thats the reason why their season went to **** last year. They were in a much better position with LB in the team.

Typical Parramatta will no doubt go down the gurgler.

 

His injury is apparently healing quicker than expected and is due to play in round 1.

I think youre referring to Sam Burgess. Luke is his lesser skilled brother, though is still a handy pick up.

Perhaps George Burgess will get a chance now that Luke is injured. Can you believe we're trying to sign their other brother Tom?!

I'm such a downey... I got confused with the other Burgess brother, I'm gonna be a blabbering mess when you sign Tom as well...

It seems we're going all out to get all the Burgli just for the sake of it. If they have the talent, then fair enough, but Luke Burgess couldnt even make the bench for Leeds Rhino's when we picked him up. He actually went well the games he played for us last season though, and all in all he came out a decent buy, albeit by a fluke.
