Luke Burgess? :huh Never heard of the bloke...is he another one of their youngblood local juniors? Is he related to Sam Burgess?
George Burgess? Tom Burgess? Who are these Burgess guys? I've never heard of them, are they also local juniors coming through?
:smokeH What a stupid question, if you're a league supporter you'd know Souths have always had a large local nursery where everyone plays for free, uniforms, registration & insurance all payed for
This content is protected Look at you, trying to act the elitest cnt, questioning others about their team's local juniors when your pack of scruffy, flea-bitten hasbeens have to rely on poaching families of pommy backpackers to fill out your forward pack Like I said before, even when This content is protected deigned to lower themselves and tried to buy a premiership-winning team they still sucked balls This content is protected
Apart from Asotasi, and GI, who are these super stars that we've bought that warrant the "Trying to buy a premiership winning team"" tag? Dave Taylor was signed up on an incentive based contract while he was playing Queensland Cup. Issac Luke was signed while he was playing reggies for the dogs and being told that he was too small for first grade. Sam Burgess is a bit different. He had played a game at international level but was still untrialled at NRL level, and apart from some small interest from the Tigers, noone was looking for his signiture.
