Now correct me if im wrong Storm and Storm fans got a heap of stick for Salary Cap breach how the **** can they be under the Salary Cap signing Cronk for 2.2 mill.

Plus they built a whole ****ing stadium for them they just cant move them now.

I see Clive Palmer taking over.

Clive Palmer wont take over & incur that kind of debt!!

Clive Palmer will stay right away from League on the Gold Coast, he seems like a smart enough albeit a little whacky

With Morris looking great at fullback the Dragons should look at Mead as a winger. Crap under the highball but a prolific try scorer with speed to burn. Get him cheap if Titans fold.

Saints have bought Beale from the Broncos for next year, i'm pretty sure he's going to expect to play fullback, i suspect its the main reason hes leaving the broncos, but i agree Morris looked an absolute natural at fullback, i reckon he could be a bigger star there than on the wing

as i said when the Titans started, they wont last a decade... The gold coast just cannot support a rugby league team, and never has been able to... plenty of talent up there but just not the interest from the public in a team that isnt the broncos, or the cowboys to a smaller extent

    Perth Titans here we come

ill start off by saying my opinions are biased because i had a close relative who was subject to domestic violence for years, cant ****ing stand it... its like a grown man punching a child

dude, seriously, beating the **** out of a woman not once but twice and then once when she was pregnant? he should be in jail, let alone on the footy field

that bloke from the sharks that broke a girls nose was banned from NRL... and so he ****ing should have been... it sets a bad example for kids, brings the game into disrepute and people end up wanting their kids to play AFL etc

Palmer has that money in his left pocket, its nothing to him.

I wouldnt be surprised if Searle and him have already worked something out.

    Shifty ****s

No offence he's clueless under the high ball but Im sure Pricey can remedy that. St.George always have a good darky on the wing(no racist)Walford,Blacklock,Sailor
Naiquama. Dave can make immense improvements as a player if he dons the mighty red v. Get his manager onto it Teke do your mate a favour before the Titans fold.:good

He is actually pretty good under the highball and there is nothing that Price can teach him that Belcher isnt at the moment for defusing kicks.

I take no offence because Dave and I discuss issues weekly, Im his hasrshest critic by far.

In the Raiders game what you saw was him leave the highball cause it was going out only for Wighton to jump 10 metres in the air and knock it back. The Titans dont know how help their wingmen on kicks.

He will never play for the Dragons, no way no how. He will look for Japanese or Super league contract.

It's a funny old place the Goldy, it really should be able to sustain a team, I can't for the life of me see why it's been so hard to get it going

The only thing I can think of is that Searle came in a million miles an hour & wanted to spend a motza setting up this rugby league dream rather than start from the bottom & build up as their financial situation became more sustainable

Ive been to a game up there years ago & was shocked that it cost us $50 just to get in to a game, & the stadium seemed a little bit out of the way, apparently a season ticket & membership is a little expensive also

I actually know a bloke from Sydney who invested with Searle when they started up, he had the licence for the titanium bar, I'm pretty sure he sold up a few years ago, at least I hope he did

I think the Stadium and C.O.E is one of the main problems.

You are right about Searle for sure and most Titan fans on their forum are calling for his head bigtime :yep

i think its a case of too much too soon... they built this massive stadium, had all the latest gym and development facility stuff, and when sponsorship didnt meet expectations they threw more money at the situation

the team is trying to match the surroundings, all glitz and glamour, but they have gone about it all wrong... no shame in not winning a premiership in your first 5 years, focus on being stable and bringing through juniors. Instead they have gone American style... buy in has beens and high priced overrated players and try use them to win as many games ASAP

it obviously hasnt worked and the people of the GC havent warmed to it from what i can see... the warriors get far more people to their games which shouldnt be the case in a place smack bang in the middle of leagues heartland

some hard decisions are going to have to be made because if the titans flop, there will never be another GC rugby league side. They have had a million chances...

My suggestion would be to look at combining with the second Brisbane team, safety in numbers, more leagues clubs, more juniors etc
