I was saddened to hear of the passing of Jim Stynes. Very sad news.

 

i thought they might be a chance tonight,**** im glad im not a parra fan long long season if they keep this up

 

They were terrible..something is very amiss with that club. They have the talent and from all reports Kearney is a good coach..but me thinks he will be the scapegoat.

 

Poor yow yeh. Terrible injury.

Cant handle ray hadley. He starts off with a soft voice as if he is commentating from the back of a room. Then he morphs in to a screaming lunatic.

He is a law unto himself.

AFL give massive cash injections to new clubs starting up whereas the NRL dont, the Suns are reportedly recieving 25mill per year?! It's no wonder Phil Gould is shitting bricks about them, they have money and arent afraid to use it.

Titans have had to start from absolute scratch signing contracts for a Stadium lease that is over the top, a training centre that is quarter full and a team full of expensive **** ****s

 

Titans probably do more Community work than any AFL Club.

It's ridiculous how much they do.

The AFL do things alot better though.

Gee Souths are a head case. 12-0 up after 10 and doing it easy. Yow Yeh goes off injured and you'd think the games in the bag.
Our forwards just didnt make the yardage like theyre used to, and we just needed someone like Merritt for support play.


Gutsy win for Brisbane though. Being down by 12 early on, and down on troops could have rocked them, but they didnt panic and end up getting it in the end. :-(

 

Thats when you need your 6 and 7 to take control. Its your glaring weak link as you have monster, mobile forwards, an extra forward in matt king, inglis...if you had better halves you guys would cause havoc every week.

Still top 4 or 5 potential. Good side nonetheless. You guys will be thereabouts all year. :good

 

They seemed flat, I'm hoping it had something to do with the short turnaround & the fact they had to do a ton of press, clinics, promotions etc when they got to Perth, it's far from an ideal road trip, I kinda hope Perth get a team up & running so we don't have to keep going over for a home game
