Anasta gives every single game 100% and has good defense but outside of that his best days are at the Dogs

Why do we need him? We have one of the best, if not the best, 5/8 in the world on his day. Braith at 6 and Benji at 7 has got fail all over it. BENJI ISNT A HALFBACK!

 

Yep... They were talking about Moving Benji to 7 this year, thank god they haven't, we would have been more useless than we already have been.

 

Braith would offer good leadership, and still has a killer bomb, but other than that, he's slower than a wet week.

 

do you remember what happened to Benj we he was at number 7? the guy had no playmaker role at all, was always making stupid kick plays and was ineffective as hell... suprise surprise it was the years when we DIDNT make the finals post 2005

 

If Sheens puts him back there he is a goose.

 

On NRL on FOX last night to quote Teke and the Frenchman he was 'cringeworthy'. If I was Farah I wouldn't do any interviews with him again.

I think you'll find that in the modern game there is really very little difference between half & 5/8th, most teams just play them on opposite sides of the ruck as a playmaker, if anything there has been maybe more size & defence attributed to 5/8ths, a player who can play a halves role & a locks role, a bit more utility value in the team, Anasta has that

 

I heard the interview this morning, it's certainly got people talking, I don't know about you blokes but I'm more sick & tired of the same old questions & the same old scripted responses, it's why the channel nine footy shows bore everyone so much

I thought johns's interview was far more interesting, provided lots of passion & was a breath of fresh air, if I have to listen to the same old clichés week after week it will drive me even more nuts

 

He is a ****ing toss pot these days what happened.

The guy on the footy show with dare devil dudes and Reg Ragan he was awesome then now he is a fair ****ing twat.

 

He was only asking the questions, & saying what everyone else is talking about, rugby league fans should be happy a new style of journalism has maybe replaced the cliches & boring repetitive matey line of questioning, as much as you propose how much you hate him, I bet you were titillated none the less
