Souths looked pretty good but the raiders are rubbish

 

Souths need some work on that D...Raiders looked dire but still put 18 on them, and threatened a couple of times to put on more.

That being said the Rabbits could have put on 60 tonight with some better execution.

 

Hitting June and the Glorys entrenched in the 8 . Big September coming up .

Sloppy win with some lazy defence, but job done in a cruisy fashion. Reminded me a bit of the Penrith game where we just wanted to attack and couldnt get motivated enough to really go on with it.

Ben Lowe is ****ing useless and needs to be ****ed off. I counted 3 penalties he gave away tonight and I missed the first 25 minutes. Sutton had a good game, and his kicks were pin point.

Raiders were woeful, and I doubt whether we'll face a weaker team sheet for the rest of the comp.

 

There was a set when the Rabbitohs were 32-12 where tries were bombed because every single Souths player who got the ball tried to score themselves. I despise seeing tries bombed cause some **** has sought the try scoring glory for himself. Brisbane have this problem too, with guy like ****** Hodges and the new five eighth refusing to pass to the guy in the better position.

 

Reynolds bombed a certain try for Hunt by not passing the ball to him. Hunt also should have passed inside for a try but instead took the tackle himself. A bit of inexperience from both I think.

Dave Taylor was again a monster, and he'll be sorely missed. I'd trade him in for Lima and Teo together.

 

there were times tonight when the bunnies looked as proffessional as ive ever seen them. at one point they came off their own goall line made about 70 metres through the forwards then trapped the raiders in goal after a pinpoint pick. it was top shelf stuff.
i never thought id say this but the bunnies are very serious contenders this year.

 

If bunnies get themselves in order they will be a nasty team to play, that is until Manly slap them ****in stupid but otherwise they'll be tough

 

To be fair though, the Raiders are awful. A few weeks ago their defence made the Sharks look like the Harlem globe trottersm and without Dugan and Ferguson, well, it doesnt really get much easier than that in the NRL.

Suttons kicking game was superb, and GI was again brilliant. Did he get MOM again?

 

McGuire is a v good coach. The impact he has on sides is instant. The fitness of the wigan side improved immensely when he joined and souths are now seeing the benefit.

Sounds like an actor confusing reality for a movie script. A bunch of construction workers in the city saying hello?? That feels like a hit?

Of course when someone does a hit, they do it in a big group like that. atsch

And may i just add, if he does have a movie come out soon, i urge you all to go along to see it & help it gain blockbuster status so our fearless leader can keep the Rabbitohs in the manner they've become accustomed :hey
