Blues have all the energy but QLD has the patience and plays to make their limited chances count.

Akuila slipping out to the toilet when he is meant to be catching bombs...

Good game... Atrocious conditions. Unlucky string of injuries from QLD. Game 3 is gonna be a ****ing clincher... Perhaps sub Akuila out, he is a liability.

Poor Stewart must have choked on his own heart 4 times.

QLD had so many sets in the last 20mins. Yet the "Passionless","heartless" New South Welshmen who apparently don't want the win as much as QLD Held them out.

If it were the other way around we would be hearing "The QLD spirit helped QLD hold NSW from 5 drop outs". :rofl

Hardly convincing but I'll take it.

Don't **** with that pack...every Blues forward played out of their skins, though Tamou didn't have the best game with running back inside into a 1000 QLD players...Farrah and Bird though, my god.

Halves, backs...meh..some were very good, some were OK...Uate is a liability in defense but everyone loves him because he doesn't **** around when he hits the line.

Lets be honest. All the forwards Bird, Farrah, Tamou, Grant, Lewis, Watmough, Stewart, Gallen are ****ing good. How awesome was Lewis' hits? That man is the most hardworking forward the game has and he gets very little recognition.

Bird and Farrah played NSW into victory today.

Farrah made over 65 tackles... :deal

    Defence won it no doubt

Carney was quiet, might be better on a dry track in the last one, we looked a bit clueless in attack most of the game, kicking game was ordinary, we didnt put anywhere near the pressure we should have, QLD did, again hopefuly in the dry it will free up a bit more space out wide

Good performance let down slightly because of some indivudual **** ups. Thought out forwards were awesome. Grant had a stunning debut and Farrah was everywhere.
Only downsides were Uate and Brett Stewart. Although Stewarts support play was great, he looked a lost cause every time the slightest pressure was on him to gather a ball and it seemed he always had to run back to gather a kick. He, along with Uate was a liability. His positioning was woeful too, and I cant understand why Hayne isnt fullback.

Good win though, and if anything, the scoreline slightly flattered Queensland. We'll be up against it in game 3 up there, but we're a fighting chance.

    Congrats to NSW.

Scary thing is QLD played the worst game Ive seen them play in years and they were in the game the whole time.

The injuries hurt but thats part of the game.

I will say this though Greg Inglis is a freak.
He needs to get the ball more.
